Terms of Service
These terms describe learner responsibilities, subscription rules, acceptable use, and service limitations.

Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your platform account.
The platform may suspend access where an account is used for abuse, fraud, scraping, sharing paid access, or attempts to bypass security controls.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically through Stripe unless cancelled. Billing amounts, tax handling, renewal dates, and payment methods are managed through Stripe-hosted Checkout and the Stripe Billing Portal.
Learning content and AI feedback
Platform content, layouts, feedback templates, mock exam flows, and product materials are owned by the platform operator or its licensors. Learners may use them for personal study only.
AI-generated feedback can be inaccurate or incomplete. It should be treated as practice guidance, not professional, legal, medical, migration, or official NAATI advice.
Availability and termination
The platform aims to provide reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change during beta and production improvement work.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, subject to applicable Australian law.
