Privacy Policy

We collect account information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, subscription status, learning preferences, support messages, and account settings.

When learners use practice, AI feedback, or mock exam features, the platform may process audio recordings, practice transcripts, mock exam recordings, submitted answers, scores, and feedback history.

Payments are processed by Stripe. The platform stores Stripe customer, subscription, price, and payment status identifiers needed to grant access and support billing. Card details are handled by Stripe-hosted Checkout and are not stored by the platform.

The platform may send learner audio, transcripts, or answer content to OpenAI to provide transcription, practice feedback, mock exam marking, or coach guidance. AI feedback is generated for study support and is not an official NAATI assessment.

The platform uses Supabase for authentication, database records, and storage. Audio and feedback data may be retained to show learning history, support product quality, comply with legal obligations, and manage abuse or billing disputes.

Mock-exam results and recordings are kept for 30 days after the AI examiner report is completed, then the private result data and related recordings are removed.

Learners may request account deletion or data access instructions through account settings or support. Some billing, security, and legal records may be retained where required.

Essential cookies are used for security, authentication, and service operation. Optional analytics only run after consent and are used to understand product usage without sending full transcripts, audio, payment secrets, or private learner content.
